Inside the app, Everything › Something off? opens an email with your app version and phone model filled in. It never includes anything you've typed into untangle.

Where are my tasks kept?

On your phone. untangle doesn't have accounts with emails or passwords, so there's nothing to log in to.

I got a new phone. Where's my list?

Your list comes across in a normal iPhone backup (iCloud or your computer). If you'd subscribed, open untangle, go to the in-or-out screen and tap Restore purchases.

How do I cancel?

In your iPhone's Settings: tap your name, then Subscriptions, then untangle. Apple handles all payments, so we can't cancel it for you, and we never see your card.

How do I delete everything?

Everything › Your data › Delete everything. It removes your tasks from your phone and your anonymous account from our server, straight away. Then delete the app.

Why can't it see my calendar events?

untangle reads the calendars on your iPhone. If Google or Outlook events don't show, add that account in Settings › Calendar › Accounts. Then pick which calendars count in untangle's Calendar tab.
